We charge $899 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. This
includes the $306 filing fee charged by the bankruptcy
Court and the costs of the required credit counseling.
Pricing for Chapter 13 bankruptcies is a different formula
altogether, but a brief description of our fee arrangement
is that the total fee is $3,000. We need $500 on the day of
filing with the rest paid through the plan. The $500
payment includes the $281 court filing fee.
We do not nickel and dime you with extra fees for
reaffirmations, avoiding liens or the like. We encourage
you to compare fees. We find that most clients save
money when they come to us.
